If the product does not meet the necessary requirement, please contact NorthGreen Distribution at 888-400-3344 (NEW).  Be prepared to provide the order number, reason for returning, and address confirmation. NGD will arrange for a UPS return pick up.  If unused and in good condition, you will receive full credit for the value of the product.

If the product was damaged in shipping, NGD will arrange to return the product and ship a fresh item.
